A fun and engaging program designed to equip you with the tools and confidence to teach yoga to children. This specialized training blends traditional yoga practices with playful movement, storytelling, social emotional practices, and games to create age-appropriate classes that support physical, emotional, and mental development.
No prior yoga teaching experience is required. This course is for everyone.
For teachers registered with Yoga Alliance, this course provides 20 hours of continuing education credits.
